In your opinion, what is the best and safest way to give birth both for the mother and the baby?

When it comes to giving birth every mother is different sometimes you will have less control on thr method of delivery because it depends on the situation when the time comes.

I agree. it really does depend on the women, her pregnancy situation, health concerns, birth plans etc etc.
I do genuinally believe though (and this is just my opnion) that a natural delivery is preferable to a caeserean, unless the situation really calls for it. However Im not a fan of assisted delivery (had 2 myself)as these can cause various complications to the women and her body. However if its needed then fair enough, but I think assisted deliveries are used far too often.
I unfortunatly probably face a caeserean should I choose to have more children. But it will be the healthiest and safest choice for me and thats what matters.

I've heard it has side effects but I've actually considered it when the time comes because to be honest I'm a little afraid of natural birth.

I had an epidural twice. the first time because the birth was very tramatic as I had pre-eclampsia and was incredably ill. the second time because the labour was nt progressing and the baby got stuck. as I say needs must, but I would have preferred not to have gone through 2 assissted deliveries. But thats just the way it worked out. I have to have an elective c-section next time because I now have had pre-eclampsia twice and theres a a high chance i will get it again. it would be safter for my healt I can can give birth at an earlier stage before it happens.

I believe that natural delivery is best. But it is better before pregnancy to conduct different examinations on good equipment, for example, I did it in a private clinic with similar modern equipment bimedis.com/search/search-items/endoscopy-equipment , the doctor told me that I should do caesarean section because I have too narrow a basin and there may be problems with the birth of the first child.

Yea jordan, I was using for a long time cbd living. First of all, I may say that it is really good and organic product. The second one, it is really good method to deal with stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression and any stress.

It's an individual thing, there are always a lot of factors to consider. There's the health, the readiness of the woman, and many other things. For example, some people are ready to give birth at home, while some are more comfortable in the hospital because there is more attention. This is normal.
